Areas of responsibility
Carsten Tidgen Houtved is a partner in Procasa and is, among other things, responsible for project development. Carsten ensures the management of complex projects and aim, in cooperation with the client, to identify and organize a cost-effective strategy to bring the project from concept to completion, within schedule and budget.
Experience
Carsten has 29 years experience in real estate and project development. Carsten has experience from various parts of the industry: property consultancy, construction and project development.
Carsten has engaged in property management, portfolio optimization, development and marketing of project values ranging from DKK 20 million to DKK 1.5 billion.
Carsten works professionally with a strong background in project development in relation with a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry and its agents.
Key competencies are: property insurance, property rights, project development, financing and preparation of agreements within optioning, leasing, renting, purchasing and sale. Furthermore: tripartite agreements, subcontracting, partnering, etc.

Education
Carsten has regularly completed training courses in various auspices. This includes management training at MT Højgaard and Cube A / S. Furthermore, Carsten qualified as a chartered real estate agent in 1988, with the Valuer education as a secondary school in 1994. Furthermore he has received a diploma in marketing which he completed in 1992.
