Svend Aage Nielsen is a partner in Procasa and responsible, on behalf of the client, for negotiating and developing contracts with building contractors, agreements with consultants and other parts of the construction business.
Svend Aage also takes care of handling more complex litigation cases between builders and their suppliers.
Experience
Svend Aage has 35 years experience in the construction industry. His experience is from Denmark, Sweden, Poland and the Baltics. His experience includes counseling, construction company, building materials industry and project development, especially of housing.
Svend Aage is planning projects, managing ideas, design and project phases. He deals with the basis of, obtaining and negotiating prices from bidders and forwards the negotiations to contracting.
Svend Aage’s experience consists of many types of building projects incl. housing, both private and state hospitals, factory and production facilities, as well as shops and offices.
Svend Aage is an experienced manager who supports the cooperation between the constructions different parties.
